Tom Brady Opens Up About His New Supplements That Help You Keep Going

Tom Brady is about to enter his 21st season in the NFL which will also be his first with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

There have been many doubts about Brady’s ability to still play at a high level considering that he is 43-years old. However, the famous quarterback is out to prove the haters wrong. He has been working extra hard and using supplements from his TB12 brand to help him maintain his amazing shape. When talking about this on social media, Brady wrote:

“At 43 years old…I’m in uncharted territory for an Athlete (some say my “golden years). I always get asked how I’m still doing it. The answer isn’t that complex: I’m diligent about taking care of my body and all the good choices over a long period of time add up.

“For the past six months, I’ve been taking our new TB12 Sports supplements, PERFORM and RECOVER. I use Perform every morning before I workout and Recover every night. The combination of the two allows me to hit my workout hard in the morning, maintain energy throughout my day and then recover overnight, which allows me to repeat it all again in the morning!

“For me, it’s simple. Your behavior and habits should reflect your goals. And always More good than bad. Just like anything else that is successful, you have to repeat good habits daily.”

Brady is very excited for his first season with the Buccaneers, as he explained during an interview a few months back:

“I know the Patriots have a great team, they always do – they have great players, great leadership, great coaches – and I certainly wish them the best. But for me, I’ve got to transition and focus on the opportunity that I have to make the current situation I’m in as best as I can. They hired me to do a job here and I’m going to go in there and do it like you’ve always seen me do for a long time, like the fans have always seen me do, like opposing coaches, my teammates have seen me do. I’m going to give it everything I’ve got like I’ve done every day of my life for as long as I’ve been playing this sport.”

What an amazing man!
