Mohamed Sanu Shares His Reaction on Julian Edelman Post

The New England Patriots are ready for the next season. They have had a ton of roster changes this offseason, the most notable one being Tom Brady’s departure from the team. However, the receivers seem very excited to see how Jarrett Stidham will handle taking over for Brady.

There’s no doubt that the receiving corps will have to step up their game. Julian Edelman and Mohamed Sanu are two of the few veteran receivers and Stidham will have to rely on them a lot to get the football to the endzone. These two seem to have embraced the opportunity to become better because they are both hoping the help the team win games in the next season. Check out these messages between them a few days ago:

Sanu played with Brady for just a short amount of time but Edelman spent his entire career catching passes from Brady. Even though they will be apart now, Brady has no doubt that Edelman will be great without him:

“Jules knows how I feel about him. I love that guy. He’s like a brother to me. We have been through so much and nobody is as big a fan (of) Julian than me. He will be great (with) whoever he plays with. As you guys know, there’s a business side to sports. Things happen. You have to take it day-by-day like we’re all experiencing. Things change pretty quickly in the world and in our lives.

“There’s one thing I said about the very, very unfortunate passing of Kobe Bryant is we never know when our day is. You think one day you are just waking up to do something really routine in your life, we’re planning for the future 30, 40 years from now, but the reality is seize the day. That is all we’ve got. Do what you love to do. Enjoy what you love doing and then have no regrets. I certainly don’t. It’s a blessing to still do something I love to do and I am going to work as hard as I ever had in a different place doing the same thing.”

We are so sad they won’t be playing on the same team anymore.
