Even though the “Wolfpack” is not really a thing anymore, Jacoby Brissett’s latest Twitter activity has Tom Brady concerned about his former teammate.
Brissett, who’s entering his third season with the Indianapolis Colts after backing up Brady and Jimmy Garoppolo on the 2016 New England Patriots, has made headlines by firing some thought-provoking questions into the Twitterverse. Take a look:
As soon as he saw these tweets, Brady felt the need to intervene with a proposal for his old friend. He tweeted:
It looks like Brissett is up for the idea:
Tom Brady is having an awful lot of fun on Twitter ever since he created his profile. He has been messing around with friends and teammates and quite frankly we think it’s adorable how he is trying to fit in so hard.
At the age of 41 and about to turn 42, Brady has been playing in the league since 2000. This year will mark his 20th season in the league and his quest for Super Bowl win no.7. Even though many would love to see him retire, that is not a part of Brady’s plan yet. As soon as his team won Super Bowl LIII, he explained that he would be back for another season:
“I absolutely believe I will, I know I’ve talked about it for a long time. I have goals to not only play next year but beyond that. And I’m going to try to do it as best I possibly can. I’m going to give it everything I have like I always have. It will certainly be a challenge. I don’t take any of these things for granted, but I hope I can keep playing, and I hope I can keep playing at a championship level.”
In the free time Brady and Brissett have left, let’s hope they decide to get started on the podcast they talked about.
